Brad’s experience started in the welding industry in 1994 as an apprentice welder. Completing his Journeyman Red Seal in 1998 and moving into B Pressure welding soon after in 1998. Focusing mainly on pressure piping and structural welding for 15 years running a portable welding rig, working at various fabrication facilities and site locations.

 

Brad has an extensive background in pipe fabrication from working as a project superintendent and project manager. With a passion for fabrication and facility construction Brad learned the estimating, scheduling, project controls, quality management, safety management aspects hands on while running and managing projects throughout Western Canada.

 

With active designations in PMP, Project Management Professional, Canadian Welding Bureau & American Petroleum Institute for welding and pipeline inspection, Brad maintains a strong understanding of industry standards. 

 

Knowing safety is number one, Brad’s experience has taught him a keen sense for planning and maintaining schedules as well as understanding cost and how to achieve milestones on budget.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing and riding bikes. Travelling is also a favorite past time.
